If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! I am 30 weeks pregnant and was due a sofa to be delivered before todays date. I ordered it 8 weeks ago via Wowcher. I have had no update on sofa, and cannot contact anyone. They do not answer their phone, online queries or emails!!!!

Don’t even want to give one star.
Sofas arrived wripped to shreds. Over one hour on phone no answer.

Avoid this company. Limitless did finally deliver my sofa on 28/06/22 after delaying my delivery from End April, then May then June. Deliveries were 'booked' and never arrived. Excuses were fabricated and was waste of everyone's time.

Communication from Limitless was terrible and made for a stressful situation. I had to call them daily to find out what was happening. They mostly do not answer the phone or email.

For a while I believed the sofa did not exist and they were a scam. Now I realise that they are unable to cope with the orders they take, and instead of being honest with customers they lie and avoid.

My advice is not to order from Limitless.

Scum bags taken the money no delivery and no contact they think they can get away with stealing my money DO NOT USE having to go through my bank to get the money back with nothing to sit on in the meantime and can’t afford to order another sofa until I get my money back they do not care just online saying it’s out for delivery delivery slot came and went with nothing from them avoid they will steal your money

I ordered a the Brixton U Shape sofa back in March as delivery at the time was quite long due to Brexit/material shortages which was fine for me as it would be ready just in time for moving into my house. Unfortunately there were many delays in the process of moving in so limitless were very helpful and held on to the sofa for me until I was ready. The couch arrived last week and is absolutely beautiful, the material is lush- I went for plush velvet in the Monaco steel colour which contrasts so well with my grey flooring. It seems really sturdy, comfortable and great quality. I can't wait to try it out more and hopefully it will last for years.

We ordered a mattress from here 17 days ago, delivery was supposedly to have been within 12 days despite this I’ve heard nothing so I phoned them 2 days ago and was reassured delivery would be today (Saturday) I’ve waited in all day and it hasn’t turned up it’s not going to arrive tomorrow or Monday as it’s bank holiday so we now have to sleep on the floor until at least Tuesday when I can try and contact them again

I received my sofa last year and it was lovely at 1st then 8 months later it broke contacted then to rectify the problem and was told to send pictures which I did I then received bo response from them regarding the matter then the seem burst on the arm which once again I contacted them they asked for pictures which once again I sent of all the issues never heard back I've had the sofa a year now and it's now out of warranty and nothing I can do.....

Hi. We have just bought excellent 2 sofas from Limitless Home. They are very good quality and so easy to clean. The range of colors was really wide too. Fair price. Would highly recommend this shop.

I ordered a black velvet U shaped sofa last year and it arrived recently. Due to the issues the whole sector has had with foam it did take some time to be delivered but Limitless were great at keeping me updated . The sofa is fantastic and I love it . Great quality and extremely comfy and brilliant value for money . Would highly recommend it.

Limitless Home had exactly what I was looking for a reasonable price. The staff were AMAZING and helped me through every step of the process. They have a great financing option which helps make payments more affordable. I absolutely love my new wardrobe and their assembly service was quick and convenient.

Although there was a delay product was great, guys did advise production was a little slow for the sofa due to shortage of materials but cannot really blame them with what's going on this year ?

Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company. Ordered a sofa in September and told 12 week delivery. Then a message to say they had ran out of foam? Then it was impossible to speak with someone and finally managed to get a refund which took 2 weeks to come through. I would not recommend.

Ordered the U Shape sofa 1st October. Given 10-12 weeks delivery. Xmas I was informed that there was a foam shortage and it wouldn’t be with me until the New Year. Now 4 months later, I’ve had no response to my 4 emails this week. I’m also reading other customers have also suffered the same terrible service. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs and shop elsewhere

The staff was very helpful in assisting us with choosing the fabric for our new sofa. We love it in our new home. I have already recommended Limitless Home to several friends. Very friendly and extremely professional.

Brilliant service was a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely polite on the phone and when delivering the sofas. I was able to get same-day delivery and that is pretty amazing as it is very close to Christmas. Would recommend 100%Brilliant service was a pleasure to deal with.
